The Big 25!

We went to Ocean City, Maryland for Memorial Weekend and to celebrate my turning 25. I needed the beach... I am not all about being a quarter of a century old.

We had such a fun weekend. We stayed in a condo about a block from the boardwalk and beach. Our weekend entailed a lot of evening cocktails, a birthday celebration dinner, card games, beaching it up and people-watching on the board walk.

Enjoy the Moment

First, I have to start out with saying how proud I am of my husband. The time, effort and dedication he has shown in the last 3 years in amazing.

Starting today, it is the last weekend that 'we' will ever spend studying. I can't believe that it is almost coming to an end. Where did this last year go?!?

One more year to go. AHH! It is so difficult for me to not wish this entire year away. But, we have so much to look forward to in between, that I cannot! Vacations home, babies born-- Bree's in July and Lori's in October, Birthdays, Holidays, the thought of trying to start our family. Yes, this year will be good. And I don't want to miss it. This year is the year I begin to savor time. Enjoy the moment.

I have so much to be thankful for in the here-and-now.

Tommy's 21st Birthday

Tommy came out to Maryland to celebrate his 21st birthday... which happens to be Saint Patricks Day. He flew in the day of his birthday and we took him to a Mexican place for dinner and went to our local dive-bar (JJ Muldoons) for drinks. Had lots of fun. For the remainder of the weekend, the boys caught up and played TONS of video games. We also went to a pool hall Friday night and grilled at Matt and Lori's on Saturday. Must say, I think we are all in need of some sleep and relaxation after that visit. Thanks for coming out Tommy, it was so much fun to hang out and celebrate with you.

Maryland Winter STORM 2010

It snowed more in the month of February in our area than the entire last few years combined. It was CRAZY!

We were blessed enough to spend Thanksgiving this year with our friends Matt and Lori Siuta, as well as their family! We were also so excited to have Mark and Deb out for Christmas!

Apple Picking: Fall 2009
